In one place, owners, directors, and managers of Czech industrial enterprises can see how AI, digitalization, robotics, and 5G technologies are transforming manufacturing, energy, and services. MSV 2025 will take place from October 7\u201310 at the Brno Exhibition Centre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ricaip.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/United-by-Innovation-1024x536.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16294\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Visitors will see, try out, and practically apply solutions that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>increase efficiency of production and intralogistics,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optimize consumption of energy and raw materials,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enable the creation of a digital twin of operations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support process automation and occupational safety.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The general public will be attracted by the new \u0160koda Elroq car, a robotic beer tap, the RHINO robot dog, and virtual and augmented reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For companies, there will be demonstrations of, among other things, KUKA AMR mobile autonomous robotics, and production management systems from T-Mobile and PHARIS. Data will run on a private 5G network, and the latest Siemens solutions supporting the competitiveness of industrial enterprises will also be on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;The only truly technologically grounded and functional vision for economic transformation is Industry 4.0.  We want to help industrial companies take advantage of these key technologies. That is why we have once again joined forces with our partners and are presenting specific, smart, and innovative solutions for the digitalization of companies at MSV in Brno. This year under the flag of United by Innovation, which clearly captures what unites us. Through smart solutions, we bring a new perspective for industry, energy, and services,\u201d<br><strong>Robert Keil, Director of the National Centre for Industry 4.0.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ricaip.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Robert-Keil_-988x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16295\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Energy Zone<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Data is all around us today \u2013 the key is knowing how to collect, analyze, and use it to increase efficiency in production and sustainability. Visitors will see this in practice in the Energy Zone thanks to a modular 5G IIoT system that integrates real-time energy consumption data across the entire exhibition, as well as through Narrowband (NB) IoT technology. This is suitable for battery-powered applications and will be presented at the stand using an ultrasonic water meter for measuring water consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160koda Auto will demonstrate a practical outcome of energy optimization: a digital twin of industrial buildings, which, based on comprehensive data processing, displays localized notifications of increased energy consumption. However, a digital twin is not only about energy management \u2013 it also encompasses extensive facility management. These are opportunities for greater efficiency and significant energy savings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ricaip.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Pavel-Burget_ctverec.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9219\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThe exhibition within Digital Factory 2.0 does not focus on the technologies only, but especially shows how to concretely use AI, robotics, and 5G for company growth and sustainable production. We want visitors to leave with practical inspiration and a clear idea of how to implement these technologies in their operations. From RICAIP Testbed Prague, we have prepared a demonstration of flexible production control in cooperation with T-Mobile and their T-Process Platform system, and an advanced demonstration of collaborative robotics. Visitors will also see the use of the most advanced AI methods for automatic reconstruction of objects in the industrial metaverse and robotic manipulation.\u201d<br><strong>Pavel Burget, Director of the RICAIP Testbed Prague, CIIRC CTU<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tech Zone<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) from <em>KUKA<\/em> are changing the way companies approach logistics \u2013 they independently navigate spaces, safely transport materials, and flexibly respond to changes in operations. They increase efficiency, reduce costs, and help address labor shortages. At the KUKA stand, the KMP 600P model will be on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Siemens<\/em> will present a unique demonstration of flexibility and efficiency in production: a machining robot from Sinucraft that can handle both standard machining and 3D printing. Thanks to the Siemens Run MyRobot solution, the path to hybrid production applications opens up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>T-Mobile<\/em> will showcase the possibilities of 5G networks, such as a data \u201cshower\u201d at 26 GHz frequency or precise localization inside production halls. The exhibition will also include a private 5G network with a key 5G Core component and IoT\/M2M solutions that simplify production, optimize logistics, monitor energy consumption, and support the concept of smart cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Smart Informatics<\/em> will bring two attractive topics \u2013 modern communication tools for the integrated rescue system and the use of a robotic dog in industry. The new European generation of robot dogs, thanks to the integration of AI, lidar, and higher load capacity, can perform autonomous inspections, 3D scanning of buildings and sites, creation of digital twins, and work in the most demanding terrains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>PHARIS<\/em> will demonstrate its entire MES system for online planning and production management in action \u2013 from production visualization to operator control and management from the main client. DEL, as an integrator, will help solve complex projects in automation, robotics, and engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Innovation Zone<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The exhibit stand also includes an Innovation Zone, where experts will advise on how to implement innovations, finance them, and adapt them to the specific needs of a company. Visitors can have the digital maturity of their business assessed and set up a meaningful innovation plan to increase competitiveness and resilience in times of rising costs and uncertain supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specialists from <em>\u010cesk\u00e1 spo\u0159itelna<\/em> will assist with commercial financing, grant consulting, and support for entrepreneurs in building financial resilience. <em>EIT Manufacturing<\/em> will primarily offer connections to the European innovation ecosystem \u2013 linking manufacturing companies, startups, research institutes, and public institutions across Europe, helping to identify opportunities for collaboration, financing, and scaling technologies. Experts from CIIRC CTU will be ready to consult specific company requirements for the development and testing of new solutions and the introduction of AI into production \u2013 thanks to dozens of projects already carried out within the <strong>EDIH CTU, AI-MATTERS\/TEF<\/strong>, or <strong>AIRISE<\/strong> platforms and networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>United by Innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Centre for Industry 4.0 connects the infrastructure of industrial testbeds, innovation, and industrial practice.
