Steps in cooperation
How does the cooperation with AI-MATTERS work?
What's in it for you?
If you have at least one of the following needs:
✓ Existing technology/solution (AI) at TRL 4 or above and corresponding expertise, or
✓ The need to validate your AI-based product, solution or service in a production environment, or
✓ trying to optimize your production, or
✓ a challenge in the form of a shortage of workers, or
✓ a need or call for quality improvement, or
✓ the need to access relevant use cases or data to achieve TRL-8, or
✓ interest in understanding the potential of a new technology without the need for immediate investment, or
✓ your own relevant use cases or data from your production.
You get at least one of the following:
✓ Access to our facilities and infrastructure to integrate and test your solution in a real production environment
✓ Access to manufacturing plants, use cases and/or data
✓ evaluation and feedback from potential users from production practice
✓ the possibility to improve your solution based on experimental results
✓ Access to technology experts and demonstrators
✓ Proof of concept (including a report) as an output of experimentation
✓ a discount or financial support for testing and experimenting with AI technologies, or for validating your AI solution according to an eligibility assessment
How we enable collaborative testing and experimentation:
AI-MATTERS offers various ways to carry out collaborative testing and experimentation through our Test and Experimentation Facilities (TEF) across Europe:
- Testing technological solutions in production environments in one of our laboratories
- Working with end users to create use cases and generate data to improve and validate technology solutions
- Joint experiments between end-users in production and technology providers
AI-MATTERS focuses on applied research, such as laboratory or industrial technology validation, demonstration, prototype development, build and system qualification.
